HMB contains N‑acetylcysteine, which, when taken in doses of 500 mg three times per day, can be very helpful for the elimination of heavy metals from your body, as it reduces malondialdehyde (MDA), a marker of lipid peroxidation.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

INGREDIENTS
Each vegetable capsule contains:
N‑Acetyl‑ʟ‑cysteine (ʟ‑alpha‑acetamido‑beta‑mercaptopropionic acid) 500 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg
ᴅʟ‑alpha‑Lipoic acid 50 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
