Often combined with glucosamine, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound that helps to relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis and helps to relieve the pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.
Medicinal ingredients (each capsule contains):

Recommended dose:
4 capsules 1-3 times a day, not to exceed 4 caps (2000mg) per single dose.
Duration of use:
Use for at least 1 month to see beneficial effects.
Directions for use:
Avoid taking at bedtime. Take with food.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegan), hypromellose.
Known adverse reactions:
Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion.
Cautions and warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if symptoms worsen.
